General By joining a cooking class, workshop, or any other activity at Farm to Fork Studio (located at Parrotdise Organic Farm, Hua Hin), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.
Participation at Own Risk All participants join the class and related activities entirely at their own risk. Farm to Fork Studio, its owners, and staff are not responsible or liable for any loss, injury, damage, or illness that may occur during or after the class, whether inside or outside our premises.
Health, Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions We provide full information about all ingredients used during the class. It is the responsibility of each participant to inform us of any allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions before the class begins. Farm to Fork Studio cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions or health issues resulting from ingredients used in the recipes.
Children & Supervision Children are welcome under adult supervision. Parents or guardians remain fully responsible for their children’s safety and behavior throughout the visit. Staff members are not responsible for child supervision.
Physical Safety Our classes may involve cooking with sharp tools, hot surfaces, and open flames. Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by our instructors. Farm to Fork Studio will not be held liable for accidents or injuries resulting from failure to follow safety guidance or careless behavior.
Hygiene & Conduct Please maintain personal hygiene and respectful behavior toward others, staff, animals, and property. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone behaving inappropriately or in an unsafe manner.
Cancellations & Refunds
For individual bookings: cancellations made at least 48 hours before the class will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class are non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Group bookings may have separate terms.
Photos & Media By joining our class, you agree that Farm to Fork Studio may take photos or videos for promotional use on our website and social media. If you prefer not to appear, please inform us before the class starts.
Force Majeure Farm to Fork Studio is not liable for any cancellation or rescheduling due to circumstances beyond our control (such as weather, illness, or government restrictions). In such cases, we will offer to reschedule or refund at our discretion.
Agreement By confirming your booking or joining the class, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
